Refund Policy

At lovennboutiquean, we want you to be satisfied with your course enrollment. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of enrollment
You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
Processing time for refunds is typically 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Completed courses or courses with more than 25% completion
Custom training programs after work has begun
Workshop registrations after the workshop has started
Downloadable course materials once accessed

Course Transfer

Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a different course, subject to availability and within the same price range. Transfer requests must be made within 30 days of enrollment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

Send an email to correspondence@lovennboutiquean.cv with the subject "Refund Request"
Include your enrollment confirmation number
Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
Include your contact information

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time is 5-10 business days
You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
Your course access will be revoked upon refund approval

If you experience technical issues, course quality concerns, or other problems that prevent you from accessing or completing a course, please contact us. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a refund, course transfer, or extended access.
